I welcome you to our site and hope that you
will enjoy the offerings of MTV.
Marty Tripes raced motorcycles from 1968 to
1985, that's 17 years experience in Motocross,
Supercross, Inter-Am, Trams Am and Gran Prix
around the world.
Most people have forgotten the 2 stroke
world of the past, not MTV, we never
stopped. Our employees and friends have
been racing vintage 2 strokes since the late
1960's. The ability to create an exceptional
bike lies with Marty’s experience and touch,
along with other Factory riders like Brad
Lackey, Joel Robert, Bob Hannah, Steve Wise
and many greats.
Marty's personal mechanic from the early and
late 70's is on our staff. He is responsible for
Marty’s Penton, CZ, Rickman, Yamaha and
Honda's. All the cylinders,
pipes and engine work for Yamaha
and Honda were done by Jim Pileggi.
Gary and Dwayne Jones and Marty's
bikes were ported with pipes to match.
