Steve Wise on a Easy Jim Factory 100cc Bultaco at
Diamond Dons event
Factory AAR rider Jim Gibson and Marty Tripes discuss tactics before
start of 500cc open class at Day in the dirt. Jim went on to Finish 3rd over
all on the AAR 100cc machine. People could not believe Jim went that fast
Another AAR machine belonging to Stepho. One of the many
riders from Justin Gurney's crew. This is a true Vintage Works
Sacks motor, now has MX 100 motor. The German's that built the
DKW are turning over in their graves.
This is one of my Favorite  pictures, here is Charlie Hamill as speed
at Diamond Dons race, he is tapped out in 6 gear on his 1976 YZ
100cc. Very long straight aways, Charlie is tucked in low for no wind
resistance, believe or not, it helps.
Here's Scott Burnworth, He rides a
Johnstone Motorsports YZ 1983 100cc.
Scott has been the man to beat in the
Factory Works 100cc class. This will sound
weird to you, but I have seen Scott's career
for a long time, I believe Scott is going
faster now than in the day. I don't what he's
drinking or eating, maybe Debbie got his
on some super Vitamin's.
The AAR crew is working hard to beat him.
Factory Works bike. Look close and see that the This
is a Paul Johnstone Motorsports National 100cc frame
is cut, trick tank, and a very fast motor, at this point I
believe it was a 126cc. Take a look at Dave Millers
Tie pipe, a work of beauty This fore Stroke runs right
up there with the best of them.
Check out this Baby, This is AAR Justin Gurney's bike. Note up side down forks, Disk brakes all around, nice swingarm, pegs. Oh yes
did I mention the Fiber Carbor gas tank, engin side covers, side panels and fenders. Power plant is around 148cc, we only allow
150cc max. The motor is tucked into a 1976 CR 125 frame. Too much to list.  Yes it is the fastest machine we have in the group,
maybe in the world.
This is a 1978 Factory works 125cc, Owner Patrick Johnson
sleeved it to a 100cc, This is the same bike Steve Wise raced in
the day. This as good as it gets, trust me folks. Dave Miller did
some pipe work and head work. This Patrick's second generation
Factory Works Revenge bike.
This is Patrick's first Factory Works 100cc Revenge bike, a
Alberg copy. This bike has all the good stuff, Tie , Mag bolts.
When first displayed the bike , we were all amazed of the work
and beauty of this Alberg replica.
This is the start at Diamonds Dons 2011, as you can see the gate is double  packed, your looking at Tommy Croft, Jim Gibson, Jarrett
Austin, Charlie Twamley, Billy Click, Skip Kenndy, Paul Johnstone, Charlie Hamill, Robert Sabatini,  Mark McNulty,  Rick Price, Steve
Wise, so many can't recall. This year we are looking at 60 100cc Works Revenge Racers at Diamond 2012
